YouTube Classic Smakk
I figured I would give everyone some time wasters to even slack off more on your Friday at work, so the links below are 10 of my favorite YouTube random videos. I did exclude TV clips, commercials, animated shorts or stand-ups comedian performances. These are the random creations or captures by mostly bored people. I’m sure you’ve seen many of these already but that’s what makes them classics. Have fun and don’t blame me for the work you need to make up on Monday.

10. Urban Ninja

9. Otters Holding Hands

8. Road Rage

7. Spiders on Drugs (Canadian PSA’s exception to commercial rule)

6. Daft Hands

5. Robot Dance

4. Star Wars Trumpet Solo

3. Baby Got Back - Gilbert & Sullivan Style

2. Space Invaders in Real Life

1. Dramatic Prairie Dog
Little Bottle Smakk
Now I'm sure many of you thought from the title of this post that I would be talking about the small airplane sized bottles of Captain. But alas no, I am going to speak about the small bathroom accessory bottles you get in you hotel room. Being that I travel every couple weeks to either Shreveport or Austin for work, I find myself compelled to take any of the unused bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and mouthwash back with me. I usually just end up throwing these in an extra drawer in the bathroom at home in case I need them someday.
Well it just so happens that yesterday I noticed that my forehead and face were very dry. Since I don't regularly use or even have any normal skin lotion, and I didn't want one of the many fruity flavors the Bunny lathers herself in, I decide to go ahead and use some of my confiscated hotel memorabilia. So I dab a little of the white lotion on my fingers and start to spread across my forehead. I keep working it around and around and around, and the damn stuff just won't absorb in. WTF? So I turn on the facet, cup some water in my hands and splash my face to wash the lotion off. Upon looking in the mirror, my face (especially now my beard) is covered in a nice thick soapy foam. I grab the bottle to read label and of course it reads -"Pantene Conditioning Shampoo". Jesus Christ.
Is it really that much to ask to make the lotion and shampoo bottles just a little different looking? Maybe a gold colored shampoo or something? Candlewood Suites - you have just made my list....

Gladiator Smakk
NBC is bringing back that early 90's classic - American Gladiator. I so miss the days of Nitro, Turbo and Laser firing the tennis ball machine at poor schlubs as the dive and roll for cover. My TIVO will be set by tonight. And the Bunny already thinks I yell "I AM SPARTA!" too much...

Update Smakk
The long holiday weekend started off a little shaky since the Bunny made me run a 3 mile Turkey Trot on Thursday morning in 30 degree weather. I finished the race in 28 minutes and surprisingly Careflight was not called in to carry me away. The Bunny finished 4th in her 8 mile event as a debut to her new Planet Burrito race sponsorship. (Her televised commercial debut will be coming out later in the month. I'm sure I will be hidden somewhere in the background.) We then headed up to Champps Addison for some turkey & trimmings and wrapped up the day sipping on Captain in front of the TV.
Friday morning kicked off with a 5:30am start to go out and battle with all the other shopping crazies. We hit Circuit City, Wally World, Target & Bed, Bath & Beyond all before 9am. Made out with some good deals but my favorite highlight was the large black woman almost getting arrested at Circuit City for cutting in line at check-out. It was getting vicious out there. After shopping, I met up with LRod, Buster & Loops for Indoor Golf. As LRod nursed his hangover with Sprite. Lops, Buster & I polished off 8 pitchers of Coors Light for brunch. Drive to golf - 15 minutes. Drive home from golf - 45 minutes. Friday night ended with more Captain for me & wine for the Bunny.
After more shopping on Saturday, the Bunny & I met up with Buster, Wu and their bunnies for some 3 Mile Island wings at Hooters followed by a little late night bowling at Addison 300. I made the great mistake of mentioning that I had been watching the Cupcake Challenge on the Food Network beforehand, so then earning the moniker of CCK (CupCake King) for the remainder of the evening.
Spent a lovely Sunday putting up lights and Christmas decorations in the freezing rain at Club 6850. Loops was kind enough to repeatedly text me "How's it going Clark Griswald?" throughout the day. A one hour battle trying to level the Christmas tree was entertaining especially spending the next two hours trying to get pine sap off my hands. Though I was quite entertained when the Bunny shrieked after seeing the Santa head staring out at her from the fridge when she opened the door.
The weekend finally ended with me back in my chair with the Captain on Sunday night with the Bunny passed out by 8pm on the couch after our lobster ravioli dinner. Now it's Monday and back to work. Joy to the freakin' world!
