Memorial Smakk
Memorial Day weekend started off strong with our crew of 25 getting the VIP treatment at the House of Blues for my 40th B-Day. The Bunny did a great job with the video pic montage, balloons, "over the hill" signs and the M&M party favors with my face on them. Thanks Bunny!!
We used Saturday for a recovery day and went to see "Angels & Demons". I enjoyed the movie except for the grunts of disgust from my floppy eared companion every time the movie deviated at all from the book.
On Sunday, some of the crew joined us at Byron Nelson to drink, walk the course and make fun of the hootchies in the pavilion tent. Love the 6" fuck me pumps girls. Great shoes for the golf course.
Took another recovery day on Monday and just hung out at the Club 6850 pool. Wu & L stopped by later in the afternoon for a small dinner of ribs, chic kabobs & watermelon.
Even the long weekends seem to be calmer and calmer for Smakk these days. Is it turning 40? Is it the influence of the Bunny? Is it Carrot's neurosis rubbing off? Is it the impending explosion of my liver? Well I can't say for sure but at least the Captain keeps hanging around for the ride...
