Note to self - when walking out in alley behind house to throw garbage in trash can, it is perfectly acceptable to be shirtless in your bathing trunks when waving at neighbor as they drive by. Not remembering that you still have band-aids on nipples...not so much. Jesus....

Injury Smakk
In my continued efforts to get some kind of exercise, I did my 5 mile run this morning and suffered an injury from it. Sprained ankle? no. Tweaked knee? no. Muscle tear? no. Pulled groin? no. This was an injury caused from the rubbing of my wet t-shirt up and down on my chest. Yes - I'm referring to the dreaded Bloody Nipple. (That would be a great name for a shot, by the way.) The rubbing of my shirt actually took the skin off my nipple causing in to bleed. And I really realized how much chlorine I have in our pool once I went chest deep in there this morning. The only thing I can think of more painful is when I have to remove the band-aids that I now have covering them. It's going to sound like a re-enactment of the chest waxing scene from 40 Year Old Virgin, "Kelly Clarkson!". And the first crew member that tries a titty twister on me on the links this weekend is getting a 7-Iron to the twig and berries. You have been warned....

Summer Nights Smakk
It appears the Crew's life long sworn to no relationships bachelor, Loops MVP, has been bitten by the summer love bug. His many vanishing acts and numerous "sick days" from work seem to confirm this event. Blond Smakk
I take the Bunny to Potbelly's today for a little hot pepper sub snack and we finish our lunch with about 20 minutes to spare before she needs to be back at the office. So we decide to head over to the post office for some stamps. While driving down the road to the post office, the ever observant Bunny notices that we must have passed our turn and have gone too far.
So she says - "I think you missed it. You drove way past it the other day."
Smakk - "The other day?"
Bunny - "Oh, I meant right now. You must have drove past it right now."
WTF??? I didn't even know what to say from there, so I just looked at her blond hair and smiled...

Sunday Smakk
I had a nice little Sunday yesterday with the Bunny. Slept in until about 9am to recover from OOSheila's Saturday night surprise B-Day bash and skipped my morning 5 mile run. The Bunny toughed out her run while I packed up supplies for the lake. Took the boat out for a few hours on Lewisville and enjoyed a little water picnic with a cooler of Mike's Hard Lemonade. Continued the fun in the sun back at the pool at Club 6850 for the remainder of afternoon and the Bunny switched over to Pina Coladas. Took in a twilight showing of The Bourne Ultimatum with fully packed flasks at our side. Returned back to the Club to grill out steaks and baked potatoes while my liver marinated in Captain. All in all - a very nice Sunday. Now if I can only figure out how to do that for the rest of the week...
