The weekend is here! That's right - Thursday is my Friday this week. Tomorrow morning, the Bunny & I fly out to So Cal for a little fun in the sun at the Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa. A couple days to hit the sights in LA and San Diego and then we'll head over to the Pechanga Hotel & Casino to get our Super Bowl and gambling on. For those stuck in Big D huddled up by the fire place sipping on your Bailey's & coffee, I'll be thinking about you as I flick the umbrella from the Bunny's drink to the sand from the homeland of my girls Kristin & LC. I'll even be thinking about you all in the morning while you plaster the cream cheese on your bagel in your cubicle as the First Class stewardess questioningly asks me,"Another vodka & soda sir? We don't land for 2 more minutes and you're almost at an even dozen." Ahhhhhh.....

Bone Daddy Smakk
Imagine the formula of Hooters girls + really good BBQ - that white trash element = Bone Daddy's House of Smoke. So I ate at here last night (just the BBQ - I promise Bunny) in the Austin location and it's was pretty good. They have brisket, ribs, turkey, links, and chicken available on mixed platters with some good artery clogging sides. And the "decor" wasn't that bad to look at either. There's also a location in Dallas off 75 and Spring Valley, so I recommend those who haven't been should go check it out. Why do I all of a sudden see lunch plans forming for the crew today? Anyway, if you're in the mood for some good babyback ribs, this is the place to have your bone sucked...err...suck on a bone.
