Post Christmas Smakk
So I made it through Christmas this year without getting into any fights, going to jail, puking…but it was pretty fun anyway. One unexpected event was experiencing a new bar – The Euless Yacht Club. (Thanks Sheila & Aaron) Interesting thing for those not familiar with the town of Useless is that there is not a lake. So let’s just say the yacht club was more to the liking of those yachts on wheels – mobile homes. It was actually a pretty fun place and I do give it my smakk approval. Other than that I got my random assortment of gifts including a few highlights like:
New Striped Shirt
Liquor pump with Crown
Autographed Jimmy Stewart print
March of the Penguins dvd (Penguins are the new gnomes)
Garden Gnome (gnomes are the old penguins)
Tiffany cufflinks
At least five sweaters I’ll never wear
Virtual golf game
I’m sure there’s lots of stuff I’m forgetting which is all still laying on my table at Club 1407. Any way – Christmas is over and it’s time to get ready for New Years. Looks like Sundance in Ft Worth will be the victim this year. Please notify the National Guard…
