Ice Storm Smakk
So we had our first little ice storm in Big D for the year. Wasn't too impressive - maybe an inch of ice, couple hundred car wrecks,couple thousand people stranded from cancelled flights, etc, etc. I myself enjoyed this ice storm for many reasons:
Get to be cool boss by closing offices early yesterday
Get to be jerk boss by opening all offices next morning even though most schools/businesses are closed
Texting while driving on ice whole new challenge
Carrot's walk much quicker than normal
Bunny breaks out flannel sheets
Don't have to worry about putting beer in fridge since left heater off in townhouse for past two days...45 degrees inside is quite the eye opener
Can't get "Ice, Ice Baby" out of head
Drinking to warm up almost valid excuse
Malls aren't crowded while I'm out on "Client Visits"
