Adapting Smakk

Things are certainly interesting around here. Smakk and I made the move to Addison. I, of course, have adjusted well. They on the other hand are still adapting. Normally I spend my time in the corner as far away from them as possible. But lately I have been right under foot. When bunny walks into a room, I follow her. If Smakk goes to make a drink, I am close behind. It's not really that I'm so much happier and am acting like a normal dog. I am trying to stay close so I can hear their conversations. This is prime time entertainment folks. I wish I could figure out how to get my paws to work the recorder on the camera. So here's a few conversations for you.

"Are you done in the closet? Well then shut the light off."
"Are you done in the bathroom? I need to turd up. No, are you REALLY done with it for awhile?"
"If Carrot doesn't turd up on this walk I'm never walking him again." Nice one!
"We need to have a talk about the snooze button."
"I had NO covers. You had them all!!"
"Where did these bar stools come from?" Immediately after coming home from purchasing them.
"Get your elbow out of my back."
"Your foot hurts again? Are you just saying that so you don't have to walk Carrot?"
"When did the bed get so squeaky?"
"Why is there a stuffed animal in the freezer?"
"Oh you paid rent. I can afford fresh bread every week now."
"I'm taking my time coming home so I don't have to help you carry in groceries."
