Alarm Smakk

I'm soundly passed out in the comfort of my king sized bed at the Austin Sheraton still trying to sleep off the yummy Torchy's Tacos from the previous night when I hear the annoying buzzing of the alarm. I glance at the clock and it's only 5am, and the alarm buzz is muffled and quiet. As my haze fades some, I realize that the alarm noise is actually coming through the wall from the adjoining room. So I patiently wait thinking some one will smack it quiet any minute. No such luck. With my alarm not set to wake me until 6:50am, I keep fading in and out of sleep to wake up every few minutes to the constant muffled buzzing. By now it's 6:15am, the alarm is still going strong through my wall and I realize the room next door must be empty. So I get up and call the front desk to have someone come shut it off so I can have at least my last half hour of sleep in peace and quiet. A few seconds later, the phone in that room rings and to my surprise, I hear someone answer. Then clear as crystal through the wall I hear a voice say, " What time is it? FUCK!" Lol...well I guess some people can't handle Austin fun while out of town on business. Hook 'em!
