Just a few of those little treats that I have had to deal with over the past couple of weeks as a homeowner:

New pump for pool - $1100
New filter for pool - $1300
New washing machine - $750
Tree service - $700 (still deciding on this one)
Pipe check for leaks - $200 (yay - no leaks)
Cracks in wall/ Foundation - still unknown

What a fuckin' time to give up drinking during the week. I don't even think my savings from Captain will cover this...
