Day Off Smakk
Having yesterday off to extend my long weekend was quite productive. Here are some highlights:
7:00am - Wake up and shower off previous night Captain
7:45am - Kiss Bunny goodbye and say, "Have a fun day back at work. Will text you from golf course."
8:32am - Tee off with Wu, Jason & LRod at Bear Creek
9:35am - Text to Bunny, "Boy I bet you love being back at work." Laugh while making chip shot on 6 green.
11:50am - Finish 18 holes of golf
12:10pm - Wings & shrimp at Hooters with Big Wu
12:15pm - Text to Bunny, "How's your leftovers from home? Having some wings myself."
1:30pm - Relax out by pool for only 2 hours of sunshine in past month in Dallas
2:oopm - Picture mail to Bunny of my feet on lounge chair with pool in background
4:15pm - Half hour of cardio at Gold's Gym
5:00pm - Catch up on TIVO'd episode of Ramsay's F Word
5:10pm - Text to Bunny, "Wow. You still have almost a whole hour left at work."
6:00pm - Light up grill and marinate a couple T-bones for dinner
6:05 pm - Text to Bunny, "Have fun on drive home. Lots of construction on road tonight."
6:30pm - Put steaks and baked potatoes out on plates as Bunny walks through door. Ask, "so how was your day at work today?"
6:30pm & 5 seconds - Cover face from small fists of fury trying to create fresh nose bleed
